The Wine Primer pages were written by me in order to pass the WSET Diploma, which I ended up getting a merit for. Various other students were very keen to use my study notes, which I happily let them do. I received a lot of praise for the concise nature of the notes, simply and efficiently summarising the world of wine. Consequently I have decided to publish them on hugoread.com. They are currently being expanded into a larger Wine Primer that should serve as an invaluable resource for all wine students and wine geeks.
